Please carefully read our booking policy before booking your stay at The Grandeur Mill
The Grandeur Mill Booking Policy
1. General Booking Terms​

1.1. Eligibility: Guests must be over 18 years of age to book a stay at The Grandeur Mill.

1.2. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of The Grandeur Mill booking confirmation email.
​
1.3. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card and bank transfer. All payments must be made in the local currency (GBP).
​
1.4. Booking requirements: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Check In/Check Out Times

2.1. Check in from 3pm (GMT).
​
2.2. Check out from 11am (GMT).
​​​
3. Amendments and Extensions
​​
3.1. Amendments: Changes to bookings, including date changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2. Extensions: Guests wishing to extend their stay should notify us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and current rates.

4. Guest Responsibilities
​​
4.1. Property condition: Guests are expected to keep the property in good condition. Any littering, damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
​
4.2. Occupancy limits: Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.

4.3. Energy consumption: Guests are expected to turn off appliances and electrics when not in use. Energy consumption is monitored, and the guest may incur additional charges for leaving switches on while the apartment is vacant.

4.4. Apartment keys: Guests receive a short video about the self check in process. Upon checking out, guests are expected to return their apartment key in the specific lockbox they retrieved the relevant apartment key from. Failure to comply will result in a misplaced key fine.

4.5. ​Guest safety: CCTV surveillance is in operation across communal areas of the property for guest safety. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests, our team and the property.

4.6. Parking: Prior to checking in, guests receive a short video about accessing our free car park. During instances of limited availability, guests are expected to get in touch to be redirected to alternative parking within a short walking distance of The Grandeur Mill.​​​
​
4.7. No Pets: Guests are not permitted to bring pets to the property.
​
4.8. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on premises.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Cancellations made the day before check-in, prior to 3pm (GMT), will receive a full refund.
​​​
5.2. Cancellations made on the check-in date will be subject to a partial refund.
​​​
6. Other Terms​
​​
6.1. While the images displayed for each apartment remain largely accurate, decorative furnishings may change over time or upon specific booking requests.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
